Capital District Battery Plant

R.W. Dake was recently sub contracted to retrofit a 200,000 square foot building from an old engine plant into a state-of-the-art battery plant. R.W. Dake will be installing approximately 120,000 square feet of its DAKEWALL Metal Panel Partition System using the cleanroom panel option with clear anodized aluminum trim. The cleanroom panels are 10′ in length and will be used to construct wall heights from ten to 60 feet. Although this will not be an officially rated cleanroom, the DAKEWALL system will provide a truly professional look for the customer’s battery plant. There were multiple options available for the wall system, and we are excited that the customer recognized the value and quality that DAKEWALL offers.

This project is one of the largest in R.W. Dake’s fifty year history and gives R.W. Dake a solid foothold in the Capital District. We look forward to expanding our presence in the Capital District and servicing our existing customer’s facilities. We also look forward to increasing the awareness of R.W. Dake’s DAKEWALL product.
