Jim started with RW Dake in 1998 as a Truck Driver for the Rochester warehouse. Shortly after he started, he became an apprentice in the Carpenters Union. He quickly rose to become a Journeyman and then to a foreman for the company, running many projects in the field. Jim was approached by one of the project managers to see if he would like to try estimating & Project Management, so he jumped at the opportunity. In 2010 Jim was lucky enough to be running one of the largest projects in company history, in the Albany NY area. Jim worked with Senior Management about the potential for more jobs and was able to create an Albany based office. During his time in Albany he transitioned into a project manager role. He is one of many field workers that have made the transition into the office. After a year of continuous traveling he decided to move his family to Albany with him. In 2015 he stepped away from RW Dake for a chance to further his Construction Management career with many different types of projects and new challenges. Jim was given the opportunity to return to RW Dake in 2018. He has brought with him many new experiences and great ideas. He is currently the Senior VP/ Regional manager for the Albany, Connecticut, and Massachusetts offices which serve the New England Region.
Jim resides in Glenville, NY with his wife Stephanie and their twins Abigale & Colton.
